Assist patients in scheduling follow up appointments; Manage and update physician calendars and schedules; Appointment reminders; Attend to patient questions and resource to preparation for appointments and procedures.

Responsible for providing supervision and trauma informed care of clients in the Residential Treatment Center. Implements treatment programming in a milieu environment as a member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Engages in positive and appropriate relationship-building with clients, their resources, and coworkers.Provides supervision, care and support of clients in accordance with TFS policy. Completes documentation of a professional quality and within the timelines specified by policy. Collaborates respectfully with co-workers to help facilitate Individual and Group Skills Training with the Clients in accordance with the Client’s treatment plan. Assists co-workers with Crisis Management and Intervention. This includes modeling the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention principals of Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security while providing verbal and physical intervention as instructed in the course.

• Opening department offices, copying documents for faculty, tending to phones and visiting students • managing and creating online databases for supplies and resources

• Archiving of all loan files in accordance with RESPA laws• Perform data entry of loan files• Tend to reception and greet clients Seasonal Position

• Assist police and emergency crews at scene of traumatic incidents and sudden loss; by serving as a liaison between them and victims• Support emotionally traumatized citizens during events such as; a natural or unexpected death, victims of crime including rape, assault, robbery, and victims of fire
