* Support account management team in processing orders and filing messaging campaigns on behalf of our clients.* Pull together data and enter information into the receiving Platform (Nova) provisioning tools.* Interact with clients to ensure customer success* Validate account setups are complete including high level account information, product mapping, price list upload and overall CRM account updates*Follow up with Account Executives on migration checklist items, such as validation of contract details, track account IDs, etc* Continuous reporting of customer migration progress through trackers and other agreed channels to Customer migration Workstream/Project Lead.

* Receiving inbound calls in a fast paced environment from customers in various states across the US* Providing excellent service with attention to detail* Explain vehicle coverages and adjust coverages according to the customer's needs* Provide options to insure that customers are properly insured to comply with state and financial regulations* Answer billing questions & provide payment plan options when needed* Upsell/cross-sell products for all insurance needs to over 80 customers per day* Adhering to strong company metric standards and ratings

* Contact finance companies for loan payoffs on vehicles deemed totaled* Obtain correctly signed paperwork and vehicle titles from customers and/or finance companies* Issue total loss payments to finance companies and/or customers* Send titles to salvage yards and local DMV to transfer titles out of owners name and into insurance company's name* Follow up with customer and give updates on status of their claim* Follow up with lien holders and claims adjusters when needed* Provide excellent service and provide info concerning claims in a timely manner when requested from customer

* Provide excellent customer service to customers calling in with billing questions/concerns.* Provide detailed billing information tailored to customers requests* Provide payment plans and options when needed * Communicate clearly and effectively* Demonstrate high level of integrity and knowledge while speaking with customers
