Guided the implementation of the new branding across their entire digital footprint. This included the website and blog, ads/socials, swag, and external communications including a large library of white papers and decks. The largest of these efforts was the website redesign; I oversaw the planning and launch alongside their engineering and creative teams.As a consultant I worked with Mode on new processes and tools to improve how they manage projects, allocate resources, and communicate with each other, enabling this start-up to shorten project turnaround times, lower project costs, and encourage better collaboration across teams.
