Brittany is a Registered Professional Planner who holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree in Planning from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Management degree from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. She has more than 8 years of experience working with and for local governments in British Columbia and Ontario.While she is passionate about the planning profession as a whole, Brittany’s primary focus areas are in regulatory planning. She highly enjoys working with small communities to create bylaws, policies, and plans that best reflect the needs of the people who live there. Brittany also holds a certificate from the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), having completed the Foundations of Effective Public Participation training. She applies the techniques learned in this course to many of her projects.
