As a leasing consultant with Equity Residential I help potential lookers commit to leasing an apartment home at our communities. I communicate with them about what they are looking for and what will be the most important to them when looking for a new home. I help guide them through their application and move in process. Throughout their lease term with us, I help with any service requests they may have, questions they have about their lease or account, and complaints. I also handle retention with current residents to get them to continue their stay with us. Some additional tasks that I have been able to do at work is explain residents accounts and statements, scan in packages,and scan and post payments to resident accounts. I am able to understand LRO processes.
