I am current second year student at the University of Newcastle studying a Bachelor of Communication, majoring in Media Arts Production. Throughout my time at university I have engaged with various projects from being a student ambassador for the Communication degree, appearing in a university created promotional video and working on a student-led documentary. I have also been acknowledged by the School of Creative industries at the University of Newcastle as the 2022 Emerging Professional of the year.I am currently working on various production based projects within the university varying from film, writing, and creative collaboration, with the intention of further developing my skills to meet the demands of the ever changing media industry. I aspire to pursue a career within the creative industries, particularly within filmmaking, producing and writing. Apart from university, I am an experienced retail assistant with a managerial background at Dan Murphy’s. For the past five years I have developed a cohesive understanding of managing and working alongside a variety of personalities as well as operating within unified team.
