I love seeing the final product. As an organization queen, it fuels me to hit deadlines, problem solve, and work with a team to produce great work. Seeing all of the pieces of a project fall into place and knowing I've had a hand in steering the ship toward success really does give me a joyful feeling.I've helped clients establish and evolve their social media strategies, analyze and pivot their content to best suit their goals and audiences, and interact with their fans and communities in meaningful ways. I've successfully crafted strategies that helped multiple clients reach upwards of 1MM subscribers on YouTube, and have improved engagement with audiences and fandoms through research, testing, and analyzing impact and sentiment. I've worked with clients across industries, from news and entertainment to national and global brands.At 1000heads, I bring teams together to collaborate and deliver top quality work while keeping client goals top of mind. I work to balance priorities across departments, liaising with internal team leads and clients to understand needs and provide solutions that will have maximum impact. Social moves at the speed of light, so I strive to stay abreast of emerging and legacy platforms, trends and research for ongoing self-improvement and team growth opportunities.During my time at Fullscreen, I worked alongside internal teams to improve data and reporting services, train interns and new team members, and build bridges among teams to ensure we were able to successfully work together quickly and effectively when new opportunities arose, deliver high-quality work consistently and manage deliverables across multiple clients.Outside of work, I have a passion for hockey and reading tons of books, and also love getting to the beach as much as I can. I am a supporter of the Monmouth County MSPCA's Pantry Pals program, helping the non-profit continue its mission to rescue animals in need across the county.
