Welcome! I provide telehealth therapy services to California residents. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and fellow human being, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients as well as those who have experienced childhood trauma. Having childhood traumatic experiences can often result in anxiety, depression, CPTSD and attachment issues. I strive on creating a safe, open and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable to explore themselves, their identities, their interests and their pasts; to uncover and discover who they are authentically.I utilize a trauma-informed, holistic and collaborative approach to therapy. I am here to gently guide, explore and support you on your journey through healing. I enjoy using aspects from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic experiencing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS).I first got into studying social work and therapy to better understand my own experiences. I became passionate about the effects of childhood trauma and oppressive systems that effect us throughout our lives.
