Profile bio

About Brittany Albaugh

I am the Director of National Youth Programs at the Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF), a nonprofit organization that provides high-quality workforce development programs for high school students interested in careers in the building and construction industry. I joined CIEF in 2021 to pursue my passion for Career Technical Education (CTE) and to support the industry in closing the labor shortage gap within the built environment. I oversee the expansion and launch of new programs across the US, reaching more students and communities with the benefits of CTE. I collaborate with key stakeholders, including high schools, industry professionals, government agencies, and community organizations, to ensure successful program implementation and partnerships. Since 2021, we have seen exceptional growth of our workforce development programs. We have opened offices in Southern California and Texas and expanded programming from California into Texas, Oregon, New Mexico, and Indiana. This year we anticipate serving nearly 10,000 students. In this role, my mission is to empower students to enter the workforce with confidence, skills, and opportunities, and to connect the building and construction industry to their next generation of workforce.
