Hi there!My name is Brittany Ansingh. I am a current student at Scottsdale Community College pursuing an Associate’s degree in Interior Design. I graduated in April 2022 from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies. After earning my Associate’s degree, I would love to begin my professional career at an interior design firm to gain essential experience and growth in residential design. I currently work at Harkins Theatres as an Assistant Manager. This position gives me the opportunity to fine-tune my skills in organization, time management, and guest service. In the time that I have worked in this position, I have been recognized as having a strong work ethic and being a strong team player. In addition, I also work as a Resident Assistant at Grand Canyon University where I get to work closely with other Resident Assistants and a Resident Director. My time in this position has challenged me to make personal relationships with anyone I come into contact with. In this position, I have also gained a better understanding of event marketing and marketing design, communication, and professionalism. Before working in these positions, I held the title of Supervisor at Harkins Theaters for almost two out of the three and a half years I spent at the company. In this position, I learned to lead a team of employees and manage my directed work area while gaining valuable experience in customer service for the first time.In the free time I have found, I have developed a love for painting and all things art which are things I would love to incorporate into my designs as I venture into the world of interior design. I also love spending time with those I love the most and find the most joy when I am intentional with those around me and serving others in any way that I can.
