I led the development of the 2022 - 2027 Greater Portland Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and the corresponding 2020 Economic Recovery Plan. Our team worked directly with more than 250 partners representing over 100 organizations across the bi-state region to define our vision, values, goals and objectives. The plan features 42 specific action recommendations led by committed partners. I am actively managing the implementation of this work by coordinating and aligning partners to secure resources and advance projects. Additionally, I staff the Greater Portland Economic Development District Board of Directors, GPI's Small City Consortium and Higher Education Committee, and the CEDS implementation task force. I also serve as the region's conduit to the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
