Havenwoods Economic Development Corporation has established a partnership with the School of Career and Technical Education to make the connections with local businesses. The School of Career and Technical Education, a high school on the City of Milwaukee’s northwest side, is launching a technical education curriculum. After a significant investment in new manufacturing laboratories and technology, SCTE has initiated an advisory board, made up of local business, community, and post-secondary partners to support the school and assist with connecting students to career pathways in manufacturing and energy conservation.
