As the first brand design hire at Superhuman, I played a key role in building the brand from the ground up. I collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and refine Superhuman's brand identity and strategy. My cross-functional role bridges marketing and product, ensuring our brand consistently reflects our outstanding product while also supporting other key areas like sales, customer success, and people operations. This role involves both strategic influence and hands-on execution, allowing me to shape the brand design vision quarterly to prioritize the most impactful work.One of my proudest achievements is introducing a new design system for Superhuman, which I leveraged to design and build the company's new website. Additionally, I created tools that empower the marketing team to build on-brand web/landing pages without requiring design or engineering resources. This has reduced the time to launch new pages from up to two weeks to less than an hour. I also lead the design of all assets across Superhuman's marketing channels, from stills to videos.

Created and launched scalable designs and guidelines for multiple channels within the Justworks Marketing team. These include email, justworks.com, online courses, Facebook ads, Instagram, landing pages, video/animation, OOH, and our resource center.

Collaborated with the product team to produce outstanding visual interfaces for our growing technology. Lead the design on multiple accounts such as Foodtown, Macys Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School, Ford, Volkswagen, Lincoln, and Lexus. Designed and animated social media ads, display banners, websites, emails, and landing pages. Produced marketing and pitch collateral for the Constellation Agency brand.

Worked closely with American Express to produce dynamicnewsletters for B2B cardholders. Implemented new template designs in order to meet tight deadlines.
