My name is Brittany Bonzer and I applying for a bartender / bar manager position within your company. I have been in the industry for fourteen years.Throughout my time within the food and customer service industry, I have gained knowledge in how to anticipate the needs of guests, properly and thoroughly explain different types of liquors, wines, beers, and local produces used. I currently have my Manager Title 4, Cicerone, and Food Handlers cards. I have taken many wine and liquor classes to enhance my knowledge and be able to share with others. I’m also licensed in cosmetology in Arizona and California, have my AA in psychology with an emphasis on criminal justice, and have taken my real estate classes which has helped me further my communication skills and help build more connections within the community. Currently, I am living in Lake Havasu, however, I will be fully moved back to Signal Hill in mid-October. I am more than willing to travel or have phone/video meetings for interviews.
