•Serves as the company’s Business Analyst/Product Owner, eliciting requirements and providing necessary solutions for business needs. •Collaborates with team members to improve the backlog on a continuous basis, to ensure all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized. •Spearheads customer interviews to understand business needs and user requirements. •Amplifies business direction by prioritizing the needs of the customers and implementing changes based on feedback. •Manages projects deliveries through full SDLC, from analysis to launch in many disciplines including Agile/Scrum Methodology. •Creates and maintain Business Use cases and System Use cases, Flow diagrams, Swim Lanes using MS Visio. •Conducts interviews with numerous stakeholders to gather information on user requirements. •Contributes to the building and maintaining of the backlog. •Gathers and analyzes data for potential business expansion. •Identifies specific business opportunities. •Converts roadmap features into smaller user stories. •Writes clear and well-structured business requirements/documents. •Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance. •Communicates and validates requirements with relevant stakeholders. •Models the as-is and to-be process flows for existing business processes.
