Wheels Up is a revolutionary membership-based private aviation company that significantly reduces the upfront cost to fly privately, while providing unparalleled flexibility, service and safety.• Managed contract due diligence, revised press releases, and oversaw HSR filings for Wheels Up’s most significant acquisitions, including Delta Private Jets and Gama Aviation Signature, enhancing the company’s market position• Served as the legal lead in beta testing alongside the product development team for the rollout of an enhanced Wheels Up mobile application, successfully launched in August 2020• Drafted and negotiated complex partnership and marketing agreements, secured over 30 key ambassador partnerships, and crafted more than 1,000 membership agreement addenda, strengthening brand advocacy and member engagement

Advised companies in connection with complex corporate transactions, primarily related to M&A and corporate restructuring. Examples of my deal team representation as an Associate include: (i) Twenty-First Century Fox in its $85 billion acquisition by the Walt Disney Company, and the spin-off of certain news, sports and broadcast businesses, as well as (ii) DowDuPont in its separation into three independent public companies.

As a Summer Associate, I was part of the deal team representing Yahoo in its $4.5 billion sale of its operating business to Verizon Communications.

Fampus was a website and mobile application designed to aggregate events in the community. Through a proprietary algorithm, Fampus aggregated event information, recommended events based on usage, and encouraged content sharing between users. • Spearheaded the creation and successful launch of an events aggregation website and mobile application, across nine universities, leading to robust user engagement and expansion• Successfully raised $2M in funding from angel investors to accelerate product development and market expansion• Led a diverse team comprising 12 employees, 50 interns, and a specialized group of software engineers
