I'm Responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment and staffing strategies for all area's with in the health network with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates, timeliness and cost effectiveness. Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in comprehensive recruitment and staffing issues, policies and processes. We are one of the largest employers in Northern Nevada with over 6,000 employee's.
