The Loft Board Game Lounge and Level One Game Pub are connected restaurants that offer a wide variety of both board and video games for their customers to play. Within this role I: - Assisted in daily FOH operations to ensure outstanding service in an efficient, timely and friendly manner while providing recommendations and help with over 1000 board games and 700 video games. - Was responsible for training new hires, implementing proper opening and closing procedures and resolving customer conflicts/complaints.- Consistently and confidently aided in the execution of numerous events organized by both the restaurant and outside parties.

- Accountable for the design, development and implementation of various print and promotional materials, websites and branding strategies customized to individual client needs and expectations- Consulted and advised with clients on appropriate design options that emphasize overall and targeted marketing goals- Managed multiple tasks and projects in an organized manner while consistently meeting tight deadlines

- Memorized and studied the restaurant’s extensive drink menu and accompanying food pairings, producing consistent sales above company average and scoring myself among the Top 3 servers with the highest Average Guest Check for several weeks.- Was responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience by providing prompt and informative service while highlighting in-house promotions and upcoming events.- Completed the Certified Training certificate and oversaw in educating several new hires of all FOH duties, responsibilities and menu items

- Obtained and delivered food and drink orders promptly in a fast paced restaurant environment.- Ensured overall cleanliness of the restaurant both during and after service.- Redesigned both the food and take-out menus on multiple occasions.

- Designed, developed and maintained a website upon the company's start-up.- Worked to formulate a cohesive brand identity and logo.- Continually created promotional materials such as business cards, in-store signage and newspaper advertisements.

- Created and designed signage, advertisements, flyers, and vehicle graphics. - Was solely responsible for the redesign and maintenance of the business’s website as well as any web-related client requests.- Filmed and edited promotional videos for the website and social media accounts.
