As a Marketing and Public Relations Intern for St. Joseph's Health I assisted in the creation, editing, and distribution of system-wide brochures, flyers, and other informative materials as well as participated in brainstorming sessions and collected data for upcoming advertising campaigns. In addition, I took part in the process of preparing and hosting multiple press conferences including live news coverage of State Congressmen and Senators meeting with SJH executives. I also worked with National Public Radio throughout an interview process for an exclusive on St. Joseph’s Health’s industry-leading ALTO Program. Lastly, I was able to photograph and write press releases about the multiple generous holiday donations that were made to the Children's Hospital.

As an intern for the Qualitative Analytics team within Business Performance and Improvement department at PSE&G, my main task was to construct a user-friendly Access database comprised of data found in an immense Excel spreadsheet in order to improve consolidation of the fiber optics invoicing process which in turn streamlined company cash flow to $3 million per year as part of a Lean Six Sigma project. In addition I organized data into easily comprehendible visuals for reporting using Tableau in attempt to find a correlation between internal scorecard metrics and external customer surveys as a way to pinpoint key areas of improvement within the company. I also provided property tax research using spreadsheets and pivot tables for a wireless transmission Lean Six Sigma project in order to forecast and anticipate the future real estate tax billing and payment process for more efficient company-client communication.
