As an Account Manager at LPP Brittany manages programs for LPP healthcare clients who specialize in provider-facing and accountable care solutions, including software for high-acuity care areas of the hospital, consulting and technology services for provider sponsored plans, clinical communications platforms, physician practice electronic medical records and hospital-wide interoperability engines. Key clients during her tenure at LPP have included Optum (the services arm of UnitedHealth Group) and multiple divisions within Philips Healthcare.In addition to driving media results at top tier trade, regional and business press outlets, Brittany leads her teams in the development and execution of comprehensive communications programs that align with her client businesses. She is responsible for strategic content creation to support those programs, often developing news releases, blog posts, bylined articles and social content to drive each initiative. Brittany also has extensive experience driving thought leadership programs. She often leads media outreach campaigns and press tours around major launches and maintains relationships with the analyst community. She has created proactive pitches to secure coverage in a wide range of publications, including The New York Times, Dow Jones, Reuters, Forbes, TheStreet.com, InformationWeek Healthcare, Modern Healthcare, HealthLeaders, Becker’s Hospital Review, American Medical News and Physician’s Practice.

As a Senior Account Representative at Lois Paul & Partners, Brittany is responsible for managing multiple priorities across her account teams. In addition to driving media results at top tier trade, regional and business press outlets for her clients, Brittany supports clients through the development of new releases, coordination of press tours around product and service announcements, management of editorial, trade show and award calendars, and communication of corporate messaging and product road maps to the analyst community. Brittany is also responsible for driving social media activity across many of her accounts, whether via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr, SlideShare, etc. Furthermore, she manages the design, development and strategic execution of thought leadership blogs for her clients.

As an Account Representative at Lois Paul & Partners, Brittany provides public relations support to clients by assisting or writing directly, news releases, articles and other materials that are succinct and consistent with the overall strategic communications plan for the client; coordinating tours, editorial calendars, trade show activity, and interviews; communicating client's public relations program to the editorial and analyst community and securing media coverage; preparing reports on PR activities, coverage & results attained for critical PR projects; researching and analyzing press coverage for purpose of adapting PR programs.

Epilepsy Foundation Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire & Maine has launched Epilepsy Foundation New England Donation Center, LLC. to collect gently used clothing, clothing accessories, shoes, household items (kitchenware, dinnerware, and glassware), curtains, draperies and furniture.The sale of the collected clothing and household items to Savers, Inc. generates revenue for the Foundation programs which support families living with Epilepsy.As an administrative assistant, Brittany assists donors in scheduling donation pick ups. She is has also developed and executed the launch of a Facebook page to help promote the organization's activities to potential donors.

As a Research Assistant, Brittany worked diligently alongside Bentley University Marketing professors, assisting in the development of classroom presentation materials and worksheets, as well as case studies of successful business marketing strategies.
