- Coordinate trainings, resources and enhancements for the web-based career development system for the State of Oklahoma- Collaborate with the career development team to research, identify and develop various training and support services to program users through a variety of delivery method- Provide resources, support and professional development opportunities with an emphasis on career development learning experiences for Oklahoma educators, students and businesses- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support usage of sound career development practices, expansion of career pathways with an emphasis on career readiness and workforce development, work-based learning and promote and market all facets of the web-based career development system- Use social media outlets to promote systems and divisional activities- Manage regular meetings with external system developers for enhancement, modification, correction and marketing of the web-based career development system- Monitor existing performance metrics and analyze for effectiveness and growth opportunities in the system and its outcomes

-Act as a representative for federal casework by answering casework correspondence, meeting with constituents and serving as a liaison with federal, state and local agencies -Inform the Member and other applicable staff of all matters in constituent issues-Keep a record of all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to casework-Continually screens active cases and act as a contact with constituents to ensure that their cases are handled efficiently and in a timely manner

-Act as a representative for Senator Inhofe for federal casework by answering casework correspondence, meeting with constituents and serving as a liaison with federal, state and local agencies -Inform the Senator and other applicable staff of all matters in constituent issues-Keep a record of all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to casework areas-Continually screens active cases and act as a contact with constituents to ensure that their cases are handled efficiently and in a timely manner

- Oversee the application and nomination process to the United States Military Academies for Senator Inhofe- Assemble an independent board of current members of the United States Military or Veterans of the United States Military to evaluate students applications and give recommendations on the students to nominate- Communicate with the different Military Academies, Oklahoma Congressional delegation and students about who Senator Inhofe wishes to nominate to the academies

- Serve as a communicator between Senator Inhofe and constituents- Answer constituent phone calls, emails, faxes and letters - Sort through daily mail and faxes - Manage the paperwork and operational duties of the Oklahoma City office-Oversee travel accommodations for staff and field representatives -Assist state director, field reps and staff in daily duties and needs

- Serve as a communicator between Senator Inhofe and constituents- Answer constituent phone calls, emails, faxes and letters - Sort through daily mail and faxes - Manage the paperwork and operational duties of the Oklahoma City office

- Assist the Public Affairs team by sorting and answering constituent mail and phone calls- Compile daily press clips and write various comments for the Press Department- Retrieve invitations for the Governor and send acceptance and regrets when necessary - Complete various projects for Office of The Governor
