Business Services Coordinator
Current• Providing comprehensive administrative support for Business Services, Human Resources, and Tech/Marketing• Managing multiple overlapping end-to-end recruitment cycles• Leading recruitment kick-off calls with hiring managers to align on job descriptions, interview processes, and timelines• Providing ATS training to all hiring managers; ensuring our ATS is properly maintained • Posting positions, conducting screenings/initial interviews, monitoring HR inbox; acting as primary applicant contact• Coordinating interviews, developing panel score sheets, and maintaining and delivering candidate files to hiring teams• Overseeing pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, including offer letters, personnel paperwork, background checks, tech shipments, HRIS and timesheet account set up• Developing staff feedback evaluations for currently provided benefits and professional development opportunities, and supporting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives; supporting • • • Human Resources recruitment initiatives and strategy review• Planning and executing fundraising events, professional development trips, and quarterly activities; including vendor and budgeting management, itinerary curation, and travel coordination• Delivering high-quality support services to internal teams, external partners, and prospective clients• Offering proactive administrative support to COO and Senior Director of HR; including calendar and project management, communications, and coordination of initiatives
