Lead cross-functional teams to help solve complex design challenges within Visual Design and UX/UI. Using a unified approach of research, strategy, and human-centered design principles, I developed innovative design solutions for print and digital that are bold, functional, delivered on time, and in budget to exceed client expectations. I leveraged design thinking—through problem definition, discovery, iteration, and refinement—to deliver innovative solutions in brand strategy, workplace strategy, community engagement, change management, and account management. By synthesizing quantitative and qualitative research, I transformed key findings into actionable insights and guided the development of surveys, interviews, focus groups, visioning sessions, and trend research. Additionally, I craft detailed reports that communicate mixed-method research findings to diverse audiences, from stakeholders to broader communities, supporting effective change adoption and engagement.

Led EGR’s brand development, directing design and branding initiatives to refine and expand service offerings. Collaborated with the sales team to design and oversee RFP presentations, white papers, one-sheets, case studies, and custom B2B marketing materials. Established a comprehensive digital content strategy from the ground up and managed social media channels to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

Assisted with the development of EGR’s digital brand and positioning through design and brand strategy. Regularly researched, strategized and developed branded content for social and email marketing campaigns. Monitored and observed data trends to improve EGR’s digital strategy. Developed overall client relationships through custom content creation and lead nurturing.

Designed and developed brand identities and event experiences for global meetings, events and employee incentives. Collaborated across departments to create large-scale signage, brochures, packaging, mobile apps, websites, presentations and other print and digital deliverables. Assisted with continued development ofEGR’s brand.

Developed print and digital assets for clients within the real-estate and lifestyle industries. Assisted with development of Dark Roast Media's website and internal branding initiatives.

Developed graphic assets for packaging, licensing and brand development initiatives. Researched brands & their moods, styles, atmospheres and broke them down using the “Big Five” theory. Created custom lettering for various brand concepts.

Worked on projects including logos, websites, and pattern design. Involved in the print production process and print proofing of various city prints and patterns.
