High School CounselingWorking with students, families, communities, faculties and staff to address issues that have a substantial impact on student academic, personal/social and career development.

In this position, I collaborate with the marketing and business development team to grow the brand awareness and increase leads for commercial and residential security sales. My essential focus is the online presentation including website, social media, blogs and photos/videos that go in each category. While managing the company's social media profiles and presence, I will also be assisting in networking events and coordinating email campaigns.

• Youth programs include Birthday Bash Packages, Youth Sports Tournaments, and Colonel Kids Camp• Responsible for the administration and execution of revenue generating youth programs including but not limited to; facilitating registration processes, updating websites, marketing, invoicing, pricing, program offerings, logistics, itineraries, etc. • Assist in the development of and implementation of revenue generating youth summer camp (Colonel Kids Camp) which includes but is not limited to; constructing a curriculum, staffing plan, registration process, pricing structure, and logistics of the program• Ensure youth programs are in compliance with all necessary industry standards and best practices, health codes, county regulations regarding youth programming and childcare. Ensures safety guidelines are adhered to.• Conduct the responsibilities necessary to recruit, onboard, develop, train, supervise, and corrective action of youth program assistants and camp counselors• Assist with facility reservation submissions into Astra software• Conduct and participate in planning meetings with Student Orgs, Campus Partners, and off campus entities who request events within Campus Recreation managed facilities• Develops and implements public relations and promotional programs. Work with the Marketing unit for the promotion of programs and special events• Reserve equipment and space in order to execute events• Assist in the planning and execution of several major events including and not limited to; Big E Bash, Rec the Ravine, Homecoming 5K, Rocksoberfest, Zips and Zombies, Staff Banquets, Rock the Rec, Get Lei’d, Spring Thing, KIRSA State Basketball Tournament, etc.• Assist in tracking event budgets

During the internship, I worked directly with the marketing team at Function of Beauty. Each week we covered a different topic and marketing tactics. Then, I came up with creative ideas,execute them on my campus/community, and share the results. Overall this position allowed me to come up with ideas to help grow and spread the word about Function of Beauty.
