• Collaborated to build a staff-only Unity-based Discord Activities game for Hack Week. As a result of our team effort, we won the Hack Week competition.• Led technical development for cross-collaborative gifting revamp initiative that resulted in 10% increase in revenue for gifting•Established unit tests for critical parts of the code base with two primary goals 1) minimize the occurrence of regressions and bugs and 2) foster a culture of testing within our team.

Project: Charging Experience for Vehicle UI Touch Screen (C++)• Led a cross-functional initiative to design and implement UI and backend features in C++ for billing, navigation, and informational content for the customer charging experience.• Oversaw the expansion of scope for my team in the Vehicle UI project which was a direct result of my leadership and the success of our first charging projects that shipped to millions of customers.• Collaborated with the QA team and PMs to establish regular feature planning discussions. This resulted in improved visibility of the status of projects for management and better resource allocation.• Established automated testing for legacy features which resulted in a reduction of backend bugs.

Projects: Web and Mobile Apps• Drove design and technical development for the global Supercharger monitoring web-app. This internal Flask-React geolocation app was used by hundreds of employees across the organization to make data-driven decisions daily.• Migrated the app to Kubernetes in order to streamline the deployment and release process. This resulted in fewer production outages and a reduction in engineering resources spent on maintenance.• Refactored Flask webservice to include tests and type checking. Also developed an inclusive language validation tool using Jenkins CI/CD tools and bash scripts.• Implemented new UI interactivity in the Tesla Mobile App for time series energy plots and fixed incorrect data processing which caused the app to crash. My contributions helped my team achieve a tight deadline for a major release.

Project: Measuring and Monitoring Physical Assets (Python, PySpark, Airflow, Flask, SQL)• Used Python,SQL,PySpark, and Airflow to create data pipelines for several key performance indicators (KPIs) of physical assets.• Led an initiative to aggregate and report KPIs to executives. Some plots I had implemented were used as illustrations of COVID behavioral patterns shared publicly by Elon Musk and reported on by Forbes.• Designed and deployed data pipelines using PySpark and Airflow to improve reliability and accuracy of displayed information in UI web applications.

• Collaborated with the Board to craft strategy to allocate resources to our partners and projects. • Established the first Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion training.• Supported fundraising efforts with community outreach.
