I have revised and automated the Work-In-Progress report utilizing my SQL knowledge. The report now automatically pulls the information directly from the ERP for more timely reporting and less room for user error. I worked with our bank representative and CFO to complete the analysis and documentation for Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness. I am the signing authority, implementation lead and administrator for our Financial Planning and Analysis software, Prophix. I have also successfully revised the cost structure and payroll cost codes to provide a more clear and detailed insight into divisional costs versus company costs. Since implementing Prophix, I was able to automate and modernize our monthly financial packet to ownership as well as improving variance analysis.

As Senior Financial Analyst, I am the one point of contact for any overhead department's budget and actual costs and produce reporting on these costs monthly, quarterly and annually. I also produce each business unit's monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including the Work In Progress reports. I'm working towards automating our cash flow forecasts, job cash forecasts, analyzing our equipment and billing rates for equipment, historical trends on job costs and billings and financial statement forecasts. Aside from my day-to-day responsibilities, I have also implemented Prophix, a CPM software, that links to Superior's ERP, Vista by Viewpoint that we will use for financial reporting, deep dive analysis and budgeting/forecasting.

Assisted the SE Divisional Controller in daily activities such as reconciliations of bank statements, providing detail with the company's audited financial statements as well as assuming some weekly payroll responsibilities. During my time in the Accounting department, I also was a leader in implementing a paperless Account Payable system, OnBase, that was launched to over 100 internal users.

As a member of the Sales & Marketing Finance team, I supported the coordination, consolidation, creation, analysis and reporting of financial data for annual budgets, monthly forecasts, cash flows and cause of change analysis. I worked with various teams to discover and effectively provide explanations regarding the monthly, quarterly and annual performance of Vistana's Exit Program as well as develop new processes to improve analysis and reporting.

During my internship in the Sales & Marketing Finance department, I constructed a SharePoint site to showcase all interns throughout the company, updated the Pricing Matrix to reflect changes in price or FDI for any property, and assisted in monthly closing by rolling up all sales revenue and marketing expenses across 28 different sites. My daily responsibilities included developing Daily Flash using prior days information to generate a report that includes net sales volume, actuals per day and VOI sales comparison to Forecast, Budget and Prior Year. My biggest accomplishment during my internship was leading a new method to allocating closing costs which perfected the allocation by 7%.
