Backrs is a crowd-backing platform that helps young people build and engage with a team of supporters who back them financially, emotionally, and personally on their life’s journey to achieve their aspirations.

Decreased suspension rates from 36% to 18% to 8.2% to 0% by reflectively developing and maintaining cultural systems meant to support peer-to-peer relationships, student-to-teacher relationships, and community relationships.

Completed psychosocial assessment for behavioral problems and mental health disorders. Provided early intervention therapy for preschool age children (ages 2 to 6) and families, in multi-disciplinary day treatment clinic setting and during home visits. Treated the psychosocial needs of children, adolescents, and adults using individual, group, and family therapy.• Identified classrooms in which there was severe disruptive and aggressive behavior and initiated a Token Economy reward system resulting in significant decrease in student disruption and aggression• Coordinated the development of treatment planning while leading multi-disciplinary team.• Managed delivery of appropriate interventions and services to assigned client group, and provided clinical oversight for up to 14 paraprofessionals.

Collaborated with hospital staff to determine most effective courses of treatment to ensure safety of the patient.
