Gained consulting experience working with a variety of stakeholders in a hospital setting to deploy an industry-leading communications platform. Met with clients to determine end-user needs, create technical documentation, and configure proprietary platform settings. Provided training and technical support, as well as managed ongoing customer relationships. Received recognition during the company's first fully remote deployment during COVID-19 crisis.

Solely responsible for database management. Ensured consistency, accuracy, and integrity of donor data. Provided reporting to school leadership to impact programmatic and fundraising decisionmaking. Introduced documentation of departmental policies and procedures and implemented database clean-up of over 20,000 donor records spanning 20+ years.

[Department of Economic and Community Development, Rural Development division]Provided support to five statewide grant program directors and managed financial, administrative, and technological aspects of grant administration. Maintained all financial and donor records (DonorSnap) for national headquarters and 4 affiliate branches, while working directly with the Director of Finance to ensure organizational financial integrity. Streamlined and documented financial processes, policies, and procedures and provided general financial support (Quickbooks): accounts payable, accounts receivable, general journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.

Supported daily mission fulfillment, including logistical coordination of floral pickups, volunteer shifts, and floral deliveries. Served as liaison to Executive Director - assisted with fundraising, donor communication, and donor stewardship.

Originated and analyzed real estate loan applications and counseled applicants, reviewed appraisal and title documents to ensure loan quality, and ensured loan documents, lending policies, and practices conformed to compliance requirements.
