I am a one-person marketing team for the CU Anschutz Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Division and the CU Medicine Cosmetic Surgery Clinic. My role includes running all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), sending mailers, updating web content, designing and building websites, planning events and contacting local media regarding story opportunities. To accomplish these tasks, I utilize Canva, Later, MailChimp, Sitefinity, WordPress and the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, LightRoom, PremierPro and InDesign.

I serve as a producer, providing script editing and pre-production, production, and post-production support on feature-length and short films. I also serve as a production assistant for contract photo and video shoots for companies including Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty and Pop It!. When requested, I also produce copy and aid in SEO development for company websites, including for OSINA Development. Finally, I provide administrative support: emailing clients and talent, proofreading/developing contracts and invoices, setting/sharing calendar dates, and ordering/providing food for talent.

I served as a journalism, AP Seminar, English, and reading teacher, as well as the school READ Plan and ELD specialist. Additionally, I served as the AP Seminar and English 12 PLC team lead. I was a member of multiple Student Intervention Teams and School Intervention Teams. Finally, I served as a College Board writing and presentation scorer for AP Seminar. In this role, I had a consistent history of increasing student performance. The AP Seminar exam pass rate jumped 15% in my first year (from 76% to 91%); in 2022, 100% of my 50 AP students passed the AP exam while the global pass rate was 82%.In 2021, 90% of students with long-term READ Plans were exited from plans as a result of targeted instruction pushing them to read at grade level. In this role, I communicated with a variety of stakeholders: district, administration, school staff, case managers, parents, and students. Finally, through News Production, I served as the student staff sponsor, producing the school magazine and social media content utilizing the Adobe Software Suite, Audacity, Canva, Instagram, and TikTok.Heritage is a Model PLC school. At Summit High School, I developed IB and CTE curricula for English, English language development, and journalism courses using state standards, standards-based grading, and backwards design. I co-taught Humanities classes to differentiate instruction and support English language learners (ELLs) and students with additional needs, and I administered WIDA language proficiency testing. Finally, I provided cognitive coaching to staff members seeking guidance in their practice and modeled technology use and data analysis in staff workshops.Rated a Highly Effective Teacher by the state of Colorado: 2016-2018

As a collaborative writing instructor, I examined and discussed organization, logic, structure, and fluency of graduate students' writing, including dissertations, class papers, grant proposals, CVs, and cover letters. Additionally, I helped guide international graduate students through American culture, Standard American English writing structures, professor expectations, APA style, and grammar.

Designed and implemented lesson plans for Korean middle school students with varying levels of proficiency in classes ranging from 23 to 34 students. Administered and graded reading and speaking tests for every student in school. Arranged technology-based summer camps and after school programs that incorporated blog writing, script writing, and iMovie.

I wrote concert and album reviews for the nationally syndicated, female-focused publication. The majority of my articles were published on the Web portion of the magazine. Album reviews ran from 250 to 500 words, with concert reviews running 450-600 words. I also offered interviews for the magazine, including documentary filmmaker Anthony Seck.

As the Underwriting Intern, I worked directly with the Underwriting Director. I composed the weekly sales reports using Allegiance, Goldmine and Oracle. I composed several media scans comparing the station’s supporters to other media outlets’ advertisers to see which companies were spending money and where. I also compiled reports taking local news into account against the station’s weekly ratings. As the Underwriting Director’s intern, I was often the go-to person for sales communication. For instance, when we traded on-air and web spots for two retreat dates at a local hotel, I served as the bridge between my supervisor and the hotel’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Working with the sales team of a non-profit alternative radio station in a down market allowed me to think outside otherwise narrow parameters. This experience also helped me gain invaluable knowledge about sales.

While at Premier Guitar, I researched, edited and composed distributors’ press releases into daily online content. Additionally, I edited articles for print and Web, researched and wrote full-length pieces, and conducted interviews with individuals like Writer/Director John Sayles. As a former magazine editor, I continually use these writing skills in creating and updating copy. At PG, I often worked with an assortment of press releases, taking away an understanding of what writers look for in content.
