I am on the Client Solutions team which directly works with the SHL Talent Measurement Solutions part of CEB. My entire team is comprised of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and we are charged with working with both our sales reps as well as speaking with potential and existing clients regarding what possible assessment solutions would be best for their company and specific objectives/initiatives. Whereas the majority of my team currently travels and meets with clients hands-on, I am more hands-off and instead, lead the Americas region in the creation, design, and implementation of all Requests for Proposals (RFP's). My responsibility heavily includes the coordination and project management of all internal resources that may be required for RFP responses (be that Legal, Information Security, Professional Services, etc.)
