Release Import Analyst (Ecommerce)
Current• Executes manual PGA and client data testing to identify and report software defects and potential roadblocks before launch to prevent clearance delays on live shipments• Prepares shipment data for import into multiple systems for seamless Customs clearance• Manages and investigates non-automated part database solutions, including review of client data files and work instructions, data load testing, and upload of data files which optimizes database structure and facilitates an enhanced user experience• Works in tandem with Sales during the new client onboarding process to precisely tailor SOPs that align client expectations with Operations staff processes • Conducts new employee training and preforms needs assessments to identify employee skill gaps, resulting in conducting targeted training sessions that improves performance to ensure compliance with policies and procedures• Weekly tracking of eCommerce volume to generate reports for distribution and identify growth/deficits• Prepares client and vendor bills for payment/audit, follows up with appropriate departments to ensure revenue for eCommerce• Creates and maintains electronic records to ensure regulatory compliance with Customs recordkeeping • Undertakes various projects to ensure deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders • Demonstratable ability to pivot and manage to change priorities and tight deadlines
