We deploy an agile approach to problem solving and power it with the cross-industry expertise of a gig workforce to design ingenious solutions for you.

In her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Brittany was responsible for designing signature elements of the organization's transformational agenda. She was the primary architect of its quality-improvement and capacity-building efforts throughout Indiana, including the design and execution of the $15.7M Come Back Strong Fund and $1.4M Child Care Desert Competition in partnership with the Lilly Endowment. In 2019, one of her early ed workforce technology solutions was a finalist for the Zaentz Education Initiative at Harvard University’s Innovation Challenge.

Developed statewide partnerships and planned events to support IU Health's strategic outreach priorities: Obesity Prevention, Injury Prevention, Access to Health Care, K-12 Education & Community Revitalization. Launched the organization's employee volunteer program to support team member engagement in outreach activities tied to supporting the mission and community health priorities.

Coordinated community health events and conducted wellness screenings. Supported IU Health's presence at community outreach events like the Indiana State Fair, INShape Indiana's Black and Minority Health Fair, Fiesta and other school and faith-based programs.

Worked with clients to ensure expectations were met and managed events (weddings, corporate events, banquets, etc.) to ensure success. Supported White Lodging Services's corporate brand was maintained through all touch points.
