Currently supporting founders and CSuite executives in managing their internal processes, building out their teams, and executing their goals. By being deeply embedded within the team, I can drive outcomes and manage processes to deliver hires and lay the groundwork for effective systems. Throughout my time at Dover I have worked with hundreds of early and mid-stage startups, from answering general support questions to educating entire companies on best practices for building out and scaling teams. I love working with and supporting people, which means I spend a lot of time helping mold and support our internal team through company initiatives and planning launches and events. I act as the onboarding manager for new customers and employees. I created the playbooks that we utilize to enable proper implementation of our product with users and internal operations for Dover employees. I consider employee sentiment and satisfaction the bedrock of a successful company and have led numerous initiatives to help strengthen company culture, including planning company offsites, review + comp cycles, all hands meetings, in-office and remote events, as well as acting as a people manager of our two largest contractor teams.

Acted as our founding Support team member, assisting our customers with onboarding, Slack communications and built out our vision and mission of what Support would be at Dover. As the first one on the team, I had the privilege of curating how our Support structure would look, defining what success means to us in terms of offering the best support possible, and facilitated growing our team from a Support Team of 1 to 17.Our support team has maintained consistent csat scores of over 95% for the last 4 years and our time to first response remains under 3 minutes.

Grew our team from 1 to 15 part time on the customer success and technical support teams and continued to assist in building out robust and intricate internal processes and flows to support our growing customer base and internal team.

Facilitated candidate communications through scheduling, email responses, and rescheduling for thousands of candidates across our hundreds of customers. As the first coordinator on our team, I got to help build out our processes, hire our second full-time team member, and designed the playbooks that are still used today to support our hundreds of customers and internal team members.
