I am an attorney in the Legal Department at Bank of America Merrill. I represent a large portfolio of registered representatives in the Bank’s Global Wealth and Investment Management space and provide advice and counsel to the Bank in significant SRO, federal,local and state regulatory investigations and enforcement actions (e.g. SEC, FINRA, DOJ, CFPB and state attorneys general). I have developed strong skills in advising senior management; managing complex broker-dealer, institutional and private banking enforcement actions; representing financial services companies and executives in regulatory enforcement and litigation matters; and conducting and managing significant internal investigations. I am passionate about delivering high-quality legal services that protect the interests and reputation of the Bank and its shareholders.
