With a solid foundation in Adult Learning Theory and the ADDIE Model, complemented by aspects of SAM, I develop courses that bring concepts to life through e-Learning and job aids.My focus on empathy, connection, and engagement allows me to design with a true understanding of learners' needs, ensuring that each project leads to meaningful behavior change and aligns with performance-based objectives.I thrive both as a collaborative team player and in self-directed roles, contributing thoughtfully to projects that drive real impact.Outside of work, I enjoy photography, playing hockey, and spending time with my family.
