During my day to day work I assigned students to various jobs, trained new students if needed, and worked hard to maintain a positive and team-oriented environment within the workplace.

The Orange Value Fund is an elite two-year money management and investment banking program, where students are trained to become both investment analysts and money managers while managing a $4.0 M portfolio using a deep value investment methodology similar in nature to Martin J. Whitman's "safe and cheap" approach. In this program, I took specific course work that taught the real-life skills and techniques needed to efficiently manage a portfolio. During my time in this program I learned, in depth, the importance of valuation, investment philosophies, and due diligence.

During my time with EY I aided a team of 12 professionals in the Banking and Capital Markets sector on the audits of two branches of a large international bank. I hosted several in-person client meetings with process owners to evaluate proper courses of action in planning for audit testing. I also assembled detailed flowcharts of the 10 client processes assigned to me in order to easily point out potential process errors. I identified issues with current control procedures in place in order to prepare for more efficient testing techniques later on. Lastly, I took part in several intern community service opportunities included park clean-ups and food rescues.
