Brittany Riley, Ctrs, Ryt Email and Phone Number
I’m a dynamic CTRS working in a community role right now with FRESH BLOOM (Austin, TX). Although I have worked with people with a wide array of abilities, much of my caseload consists of people with Autism who have low support needs. I am known for building strong relationships with my clients and their families, and I really love what I do. I am also a yoga instructor who teaches therapeutic gentle, yin yoga, and meditation. The practice means a lot to me, and I strive to bring my yoga practice off the mat with me each and every day in hopes of facilitating a positive and inclusive experience for all, whether it be for students of my yoga classes, or patients in my role as a recreational therapist. I'm passionate about making people feel seen and heard in all interactions in both professional capacities, and it's important to me that everyone around me understands that every space I create is a safe one for ALL bodies. #AdaptiveYoga #Accessibility #CTRS

Accessible Yoga Instructor - Ryt 200My Vinyasa Practice, Llc Apr 2021 - Nov 2022I look at yoga and the human body like puzzle pieces. Each time I teach, I try to imagine ways to make the practice more accessible for the array of yoga practitioners that come through the virtual doors of the studio by coming up with creative ways to use not only yoga props, but every day items around the house. My classes are creatively-sequenced, therapeutically-minded, gentle, yet engaging so my students leave feeling accomplished and empowered (and maybe even a little sore the next day!) I believe that yoga isn't only for those who can afford it, yoga is for ALL bodies and I'm on a mission to share it! -
