Partnered with Chief Human Resources Officer to design and deploy learning and development experiences associated with the launch of a $222 million business development initiative. The initiative and our work supported the economic development and quality of life in Chattanooga, TN and surrounding region, and was recognized by Department of Energy, Harvard Business, and others. Impact includes: • Developing and facilitating company’s first corporate culture program as part of a $222M transformation project; program had internal and customer-facing aspects and became benchmark for all training• Redesigning monthly “Lunch & Learn” program, resulting in 16X increase in monthly participation and effectiveness• Assessing and transforming onboarding program and process; resulting in a 20% improvement in employee placement, performance, and retention• Designing corporate comms, internal marketing strategies, and social media campaigns • Partnering with Minority and Women Owned Business executives to host quarterly networking, learning events, and awards ceremonies --including a regional summer STEM program which is a now a regional best practice • Designing learning materials including presentations, user guides, videos, communications, handbooks, brochures, feedback surveys, and social media pages; managed learning reports
