To me, leadership isn’t about giving orders or commanding others; it’s about creating a safe space where diverse individuals can collaborate in harmony, leveraging each other’s strengths, and empowering new leaders. This is the essence of my leadership style—network leadership—where I prioritize “Power With.”I encourage every voice to be heard and see myself as a service provider, delegating tasks, merging ideas, and crafting innovative solutions that maximizes everyone’s contributions. While I believe humor and compassion are the most effective remedies for healing pain, making life lighter and more enjoyable for myself and others.At UC Berkeley, I’ve embraced this leadership philosophy in a variety of roles—whether as a UC Berkeley affiliated math and statistics tutor, a marketing executive for over 3000 members in 64 countries, a CMO for Blackwell residential hall, a dance team cover leader, or as a STEM mentor and a social media manager. These experiences rendered me a versatile skillset in creativity-driven marketing, eVTOL aircraft club management, and academic and psychological mentoring. I’m also pursuing a dual degree in statistics and business administration, minoring in Dance and Performance Studies.Professionally, I’m skilled in choreography, design (CAD, 2D/3D, web/mobile, UI/UX), illustration, music production, piano, base, photography, fashion, stagecraft, and arts therapy. My obsession for creativity and art for 15 years, drives me to self-master advanced design tools, choreograph performances, design rooms, craft brands, and illustrate digital artworks that impressed influence.Together, we can co-create timeless innovations in finance, design, entrepreneurship, technology, and education.
