Our mission at The Winfield Creative is to provide your women-owned, small business with personal social media strategies that work for your vision and your brand. I started The Winfield Creative because I believe in the power of female entrepreneurship. My goal is to get to the root of why you started your business and coach you on how to create content that highlights your strengths and accomplishments.

Administrative support for four department heads: Director of Innovation, Director of Development and Communications, Director of Organizational Development, Director of Outcomes and Evaluations

- Data interpretation and analysis for yearly outcome reports- Process finances for both Baird School and INCLUSION program, including processing check requisitions and managing petty cash flow- Update and organize files for licensing meetings and audits- Assist in helping children grades K through 8 with extreme behavioral disturbances- Sit on two administrative teams and take meeting minutes- Assist in internal hiring process for teachers, clinicians, and behavior interventionists

- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)- Develop marketing strategies alongside The Morning Call Media Group and Pocono Record- Incorporate real estate tactics to sell residential units to prospective buyers- Design flyers, calendars, and newsletters for community activities- Socialize with the residents and incorporate group events into daily routines

- Assist in set up of promotional opportunities for Max 106.3, 103.7 WNNJ, and 102.3 WSUS- Interact with listeners and fans through giveaways and contests- Lift up to 30 pounds of equipment to set up for radio remotes- Work with professional broadcasters to improve marketing aesthetic and broadcasting vocal skills

- Plan publicly recognized events, including College Radio Day and Spring Jam concerts- Design promotional items, including shirts, flyers, commercials, and web content- Diskjockey a self-produced radio show and conduct interviews of famous and upcoming bands- Use communication skills to build positive relationships with local businesses and the community- Support station events financially by organizing fundraisers and sponsorship proposals

- Write press releases for 90.3 WESS events, to be released under the University Relations department- Assist with campus events, including Homecoming 2015 and promotional campaigns- Plan and research social media strategies- Design content for campus-wide presentations- Photograph and model miscellaneous events for publication- Develop proposal which aided in the launching of university’s Snapchat account

- Design advertisements in Adobe Illustrator for Chamber members (See Behance profile)- Help with layout of programs for upcoming events and the monthly publication, "Connections"- Update the Chamber website through Weblink with current information- Photograph at large Chamber events- Update member profiles and contact information on a daily basis- Call local businesses to inform them of monthly ad rates and specials

- Project Leader and presenter for intern group project, Commercial Building Evaluation- Attend networking seminars, including DiSC in the Workplace for intern projects and senior executive roundtable- Gain understanding of Microsoft CRM program and develop new training materials for users- Compile survey results, analyze using pivot tables in Microsoft Excel, and present using PowerPoint- Create SharePoint site for Top 20 Agency Relationship Managers- Market research for potential company expansion to cover cyber liability- Write and publish weekly communication to CRM users- Redesign weekly newsletter with an easy-to-read format
