These reports are used by managers and directors within the ATC Facilities Group.• I am a Service Unit Program manager for the Requirements Information Management System (RIMS). I review, analyze and develop facility projects within the RIMS database for each fiscal year and maintain the status of each project throughout the assigned year by maintaining a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with detailed information of each development.• I compose technical documents for the Facilities Planning Manager and Sustainment Planning lead. • I design and implement new strategies for the Sustainment Planning Team. I developed the Strategic Sustainment Planning Team, which consists of a team of subject matter experts that recommend strategic sustainment planning to the Director’s Program Office on prioritization methodologies for major modernization and sustainment projects.• I provide replacement or major repair of facility components that are expected to occur periodically throughout the Facility Life Cycle. • I manage all Terminal Facility sustainment needs and ensure that processes and guidance exist for collecting, validating, prioritizing and executing these needs. -

The MicrosoftSharePoint Server automates the business process for the Terminal Safety and Operations Support Groupwithin Terminal Services (AJT-2). The system maintained incoming and outgoing correspondence, archiveddocuments, maintained project tracking for stakeholders, and shared information amongst various groupswithin the organization.• I maintained the Terminal Services Business Plan. I was a lead Goal Planner for the Airspace, NextGen andOperations and Procedures teams. At the beginning of each fiscal year I gathered information to input intothe Business Plan Builder database including all fiscal year goals to be met. I updated the database monthlyto show progress for each goal and at the end of the year evaluated the goals and provided them theappropriate stakeholders.• I was the POC for upholding the Standard Operating Procedures for Terminal Safety and OperationsSupport.• I developed implemented and edited public notices, technical documents and administrative regulations formanagement. I used MS Office to modify all of these documents.• I briefed Head Quarters management on goals, projects and deadlines through the use of MS PowerPoint tocreate visual presentations.• I created a MS Access database, this database was utilized as a tracking system for office correspondence.This system increased productivity and decreased correspondence deliverable time.• Through the use of MS Excel, I managed the quarterly budget reviews for various teams within TerminalServices and Safety Operations. In addition, I supported budget formation activities for current and multiyearfinancial plans.• I created federal travel authorizations and vouchers through the use of the GovTrip database for managers. -
