Northern California

Lead annual fundraising efforts to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors to the Sutter Care at Home hospice, bereavement, and home health programs across 27 counties in Northern California. Managed and coordinated the Sutter Care at Home direct mail program, resulting in a nearly $100,000 increase in annual revenue. Developed a mid-level giving stewardship program for Sutter Care at Home and Sutter Health Valley Area donors giving $1,000 to $24,999 annually to improve donor retention, encourage upgraded giving, and identify potential major giving prospects. Collaborated closely with an excellent 4-person team and achieved our first year surpassing $4 million raised in community support, reaching all best practice organizational goals.

Assisted the Senior Vice Chancellor in strategic fundraising for the 5 schools of Pepperdine. Served on committees developing scholarship initiatives for foster youth, veterans, and fine arts students.
