• Manage and execute all Raptors community engagement, community partnerships and appearances for all players, coaches and team management while working alongside MLSE business groups (including Marketing, Sales & Service, Media Sales, Global Partnerships, MLSE Foundation etc..) • Manage external player appearance logistics and details to ensure success and safety for team and business• Oversee, plan and execute talent's personal profiles of fan engagement and community initiatives. Led sports programming for youth of all ages and disabilities. Adapted to all impairments on the spot to encourage a welcoming and inclusive environment.

• Assist the Program Coordinators with fundraising events, volunteer organization, and the administrative duties involved in the coordination of two community programs: McMaster Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and MacSenior Exercise and Wellness Program.• Work with patients and clients challenged with cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, as well as with apparently healthy seniors in cooperation with other healthcare professionals to manage health risk, enhance quality of life, and promote lasting health behavior change.• Administer individualized exercise programs designed to improve aerobic capacity, cardiovascular function, muscular strength and endurance, balance, and range of motion based on interpretation of graded exercise tests. • Educate cardiac patients and senior participants about exercise and lifestyle choices to aid in the management of chronic disease and health conditions.• Ensured safe, proper, and effective use of exercise equipment, responded to accidents and emergencies, measured patients’ blood pressure and heart rate values, performed filing and record keeping duties.(Formerly Centre for Health Promotion and Rehabilitation)
