I am an advocate with a heart to serve. Whether that's in the realm of political advocacy, food insecurity, education reform, animal welfare, or legal support—I am passionate about work that makes a difference. My Guardian Ad Litem experience illuminated a passion for law and solidified a commitment to victim advocacy. Currently, I work as a Legal Assistant for the Special Victims Unit at the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office. In this position, I work with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse, and support Assistant District Attorneys in trial preparation and administrative operations. I hope to start my law school career in Fall 2025 in order to one day practice law professionally and amplify my impact within the legal field.
