After 12 amazing years with Apple, I've learned to thrive in ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally to create and implement Apple's People strategies. Although my day-to-day role supports Retail AMR, I have 20 years of global HR experience across many industries. My expertise in People (HR) enables me to support the necessary change management that readies a workforce to provide an unparalleled team and customer experience. My favorite part of being on the People Team is the opportunity to connect in Store with our Retail Teams. I love discussing Apple's culture and our ways of working that support our Leaders and Store team members in achieving personal engagement and professional growth, in addition to top business performance results. On a personal note, my hobbies include: Home design, refurbishing furniture, and traveling the world to experience art, architecture, and really cool people! I was born and raised in Columbus, OH and graduated from Thee Ohio State University. Go Bucks!
