Simultaneously covered 2 outpatient clinics and 2 inpatient floors, including: IMRAC/Internal Medicine Rapid Assessment Clinic (post ER &/or hospital discharge follow up)-Assessed patients medical history and counselled on an array of topics varying from hypertension, cirrhosis, diabetes, dyslipidemia and more. Complex Continuing Care-Covered 3 steams, including:1) Dialysis: monitored patients electrolytes and extended electrolytes, and provide recommendations for adjusting phosphate binders, dialysate baths, and supplemental/dietary adjustments2) Medically Complex: tailored patients enteral and parental nutrition care plans based on anthropometrics, biochemical results, and medical status. Additionally, monitored patients intake and provided recommendations on dietary adjustments, whether it was for wound care, weight management, controlling blood sugars, or to provide adequate protein with rehabilitation. 3) End of Life care: adjusted patients diets based on their clinical course and goals of careand Respiratory Rehabilitation, with a primary focus on Interstitial Lung Disease and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease-Counselled individuals, tailoring dietary recommendations to patients goals, whether it be halting weight gain with prednisone, managing weight loss with increased energy expenditure, preparing for lung transplant. -Additionally, provided education on methods to minimize lung disease related challenges and co-morbidities, including minimal energy for meal preparation, lack of appetite, phlegm, reflux, bone demineralization with prednisone, etc)-Furthermore, I developed and presented a group educational session on lung disease and nutrition, tying together the above information in an easy to understand manner, and guiding patients to implement the information in their own lives.In addition to my areas of coverage, I also sat on the Respiratory Rehab Operations Committee and the Complex Care Quality Council Board.

Server- Requires expertise in customer service and sales, while using on the spot problem-solving techniques to maintain efficiency throughout the shift. This position also requires me to be outgoing in order to build rapport with my guest, in addition to remaining organized to ensure success with multitasking. Shift Leader- Assign tasks and oversee up to 8 servers to ensure that the restaurant is set for success and running efficiently. Staff Developer- Train new staff, as well as ensure all current staff members are aware of systems and standards. Guiding the staff to work at their optimum level, both on an individual level and as a team member.Store Opener- Setting up a restaurant from scratch. Finding a place for everything, organizing the building, problem-solving, and training new staff, while establishing a new client base.Variable Manager- Constant problem solving, as well as predicting issues to prevent them from happening. Oversee a team of up to 20 members, while organizing sales and numbers. This position requires one to work with cash, assist in required areas of the restaurant, communicate with Head Office about new promotions, sales, &/or requirements, and to relay that knowledge to staff, encouraging them to have a particular focus of the day.
