Promoted each semester from Staff Writer to Copy Editor to Head Editor to Editor in Chief.Create and manage content to develop students into informed citizens and combat the spread of misinformation. Lead a group of fellow First Year Guides and help provide the tools necessary to support their respective classes of first year students, while serving in the same role for my own group of students.Mitigate issues and schedule changes during First Year Orientation Week.Assist the Head Director of Orientation and the First Year Experience to improve Orientation Week in the future to enhance the First Year student experience and improve retention.

Facilitate the integration of first year students into student life by helping them navigate campus and their classes, providing emotional support, and encouraging extracurricular involvement. Coordinate events for students to establish support networks and improve college retention rates.Mediate and resolve conflicts between students.

Support a first-year student through their transition to college by advising them on managing their course load, forming faculty relationships, and coping with personal obstacles.Connect regularly with mentee to provide guidance and feedback throughout the year.Organize and execute various social events for all KCP Mentors and Mentees over the course of the school year.

Teach students in India grades 7 through 12 about the foundations and key aspects of the international system and the strategies for competing in Model United Nations, cultivating an internationally-based worldview preparing them to become global citizens. Collaborate with the Head Director of the SNS Model United Nations program to reform the program to better meet students' needs. Prepare and execute a series of original lesson plans and classroom content for 11 other Senior Scholar Interns to create a cohesive learning experience.Form and carry out three different Model United Nations conferences for the students and guide them through the process of doing research, drafting resolutions, and forming position papers.

During the fall semester of 2018, I had the opportunity to serve as the Campus Director for Alma College's group participating in the Millennium Fellowship. For this fellowship, a group of my peers and I spent the semester undergoing leadership development training through MCN in order to further aid in the implementation of our social impact project known as the Big Box Farm Project.
