Providing diverse areas of support for cellular integrations and network enhancements through hardware/software upgrades.Troubleshooting key LTE/3G/4G cellular elements such as: transport (backhaul), integration, RF optimization, eNB alarms, external alarms, antenna and numerous other peripherals such as RETs and TMAs.Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure customer needs are met in the desired time frame. Working alongside engineering teams with backgrounds in various cellular technologies.Use of proprietary software and administrative GUI access to assist in customer network management. Diagnosing and documenting in-house software issues should they occur within the software (beta testing). Assisting other RITC technicians with troubleshooting or integration issues and if needed, ensuring the proper escalation procedures take place.
