Custom Security Systems has always been a part of my life; it was literally created and built in my backyard. My playhouses were constructed out of cardboard boxes used to ship the latest NAPCO or First Alert products, and wire spools provided more than adequate seating for me and my sister. From the time I could walk, I was observing my parents develop business plans, employee policies and procedures, and craft growth strategies. Little did I know that I had a front row seat to what would soon become the largest and most respected family-owned security company in Louisiana. Therefore, I’ve had a unique vantage point from which to watch Custom Security grow over the years. Nightly family dinners would consist of discussing company challenges and brainstorming solutions to improve customer service. My background in social work uniquely prepared me for the position as Chief Customer Officer. My role is to engage Custom Security’s employees in managing customer relationships, and be the voice of the company’s customers. As CCO I work daily to develop a motivated, customer-service driven team while analyzing which products and services speak loudest to our customers. Being a second-generation owner, I feel a deep responsibility to the South Louisiana community to continue providing unparalleled security and fire protection products and services that it has experienced since 1977.
