CurrentManages the annual strategic planning process for several senior leaders and facilitates the execution, communication and review of these plansOrchestrates the overall business operations of a senior leadership team including general meetings, budget, team engagement, QBRs, offsites, leadership development, and strategic workshopsOwns strategy related to overall communications and presentations both internally to organization and externally to larger parties of Google including SVPs, VPs, DirectorsPartners closely with cross org functions like marketing, onboarding, resource management/finance, real estate and workplace services, data and operations teamsHires and scopes work for vendor partners to assist on key strategic prioritiesCreates and owns strategy in relation to setting and reporting on OKRs and other strategic prioritiesPlans and leads all strategic priorities in relation to increasing organizational effectiveness, org capability, team culture and developmentConducts and plans change and transformation work relating to new team structures or overall reorganizationCreates and maintains process for team capacity planning and conducts resource allocation efforts
